RETURNS / REFUNDS

We do guarantee to refund any item if the product is defective upon receipt. For example, crushed seeds. To request a refund, send your defective product to our office. If your order is not returned to our office, we take no responsibility and we will not be able to refund under any circumstances.

Refunds will be made by crediting your card. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Exchanges: Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us by e-mail to confirm your exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Any goods sent back without prior consent from Colorado Seed Inc. will be sent back. Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Once you have confirmed your return with us, please send the items to our postal address. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

Damaged / Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement, not a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Prior to shipping, all items are recorded by taking pictures to ensure accuracy & proof of condition of products that are shipped.
